This special business development activity provides comprehensive solutions, primarily to Hungarian entrepreneurs. The fundamental aim of business mentoring is to facilitate a specific corporate development process through the development of the main decision-maker (the head or owner of the company). Business mentoring is always tailored to the personality of the main decision-maker, as the aim is not success in a general sense, but success as defined by the client. Our business mentoring programme provides comprehensive development to the client, with the following general elements: defining business strategy, product development, management development, image building, branding, image and brand development, trainings, organisational development, and communication tasks (complex PR, social media, traditional media solutions). Naturally, private mentoring is available throughout the programme to help the client grow as an individual, both professionally and privately.

Trainings and development programmes

This business unit has one of the longest track records at 3B. In 3B’s philosophy, there are no simple one-, two- or multiple-day trainings. We devise development programmes: specific trainings are obviously essential, but equally important for a programme’s success are: pre-training individual and team evaluations with the RISE system, market analyses, and post-training follow-up sessions. We only provide trainings in areas where we have actual professional experience, which means that we work with professional consultants, not with trainers. Our current development programmes focus on management, sales, and team-building. As we can now build on the experience of over 500 trainings and rely on our commercial creative team, our trainings provide comprehensive professional knowledge to the participants. For the participants’ development processes, we consider their personalities, which we place on a team behaviour map. We also define the personalities of the market’s main decision-makers, and we take current market trends into account to ensure that the teams can immediately implement this knowledge and improve their results.

In markets struggling with labour shortage, 3B provides a recruitment process to its partners that is always successful due to its special profile-building, search, advertising, and interviewing solutions. Due to the current market situation, recruitment has recently become an independent business unit at 3B. In 2017, we filled 114 positions at our partners’ organisations, finding suitable candidates at all organisational levels, from first-time managers to top-level executives. The 3B recruitment team manages this complex process and provides support during its various phases.

The newest business unit at 3B advises Hungarian companies entering the international market and foreign companies entering Hungary. 3B strives to provide customised solutions to its clients in every area, including those clients taking the plunge into international waters. Our team of specialists is unlike any other consulting team in Hungary: our specialists grew up and lived in the target countries before joining 3B. The head of the team lived in the US for 29 years, and, focusing first on his family, then on his career, he spent time in 8 different regions of the U.S. while studying and working in business development. This means that when making plans, he can look beyond ‘fashionable’ targets, and consider the economic rules and opportunities to identify business areas with real potential. His network includes decision-makers and policy-makers in the local business sector, which guarantees objective and successful support for market entry. One of the core business units of 3B, this team has significantly contributed to the success of our business development projects. 3B has a team of creative, communications, and social media specialists with members from 11 countries. In the past 17 years, this team has worked on the image of international centres, various branding projects, and the concept and creative design of the events of Hungarian and foreign companies. They have proudly delivered internationally recognised design solutions for magazines, brands, and corporate information materials, and have built the social media backgrounds of over 140 clients. Currently, they provide comprehensive creative and media agency services, which is also based on the knowledge on decision-making processes accumulated in the RISE system. Capitalising on the RISE system, 3B creates corporate image elements (logo, design, slogan, etc.), concepts, sales support materials, product designs, webdesigns, and various communications that are pivotal during the image-building of a businessperson or company.  Moreover, our increasingly crucial social media management solutions directly address the target group the client is trying to reach, and can actually influence the decision-making process of the target group, ensuring that communication activities improve our partners’ results.

RISE SYSTEM

Our development projects utilise our unique, global market-leading system that we developed to identify decision-making processes. Analyses conducted with the RISE system—Ruler, Individual, Supporter, Expert—have identified the decision-making methods of 644,000 individuals, using 4 main personality types, 12 subtypes, and 8,640 individual personality type combinations. The greatest advantage of the RISE system, as compared to other systems used in the business sector and in sports, is that it differentiates between the “original” personality and the modified “current” personality of the individual when it defines the expected decision-making process, reactions, and behaviour in crisis situations. Based on the nearly 100-year-old Marston behaviour assessment system, RISE uses a special identification process to reveal the true personality of the individual being assessed, which shows the individual how to be successful and live their life to the fullest.
